By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Fulfillment Policy, which governs the delivery and handling of all digital goods and services provided by us.
Everything sold here is a digital perk delivered automatically to your game account or Discord account. Nothing physical is shipped.
Delivery is triggered by Stripe confirming your payment, server-to-server. It does not depend on you staying on the page. You can close the tab as soon as payment completes and your purchase will still be delivered.
Delivery normally completes within moments of payment confirmation.
Clan tag color permissions are the exception. The permission is written to the game server straight away, but the server only reads it when it starts, so the color cannot be set in game until the next restart. Restarts run every four hours, so the wait is up to four hours from purchase. This is how the game server works, not a failed delivery, and no action is needed - the permission is already yours and is waiting.

Your Steam64 ID is taken automatically from the Steam account you are signed in with, so it cannot be mistyped and an order cannot be sent to the wrong account.
If your purchase includes a Discord role, you must link your Discord account before checkout for that part of the delivery to complete. If you have not, contact us and we will assign it manually.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered. Refunds, cancellations and exchanges are provided only where required by law.
If you chose the wrong product, server or duration, contact us within 72 hours of purchase and we will correct it where we reasonably can. After 72 hours, all sales are final. Corrections are a courtesy, not an entitlement.
Your Steam64 ID is taken from the account you are signed in with and cannot be typed or altered, so an order cannot be delivered to the wrong account.
Contact us before raising a chargeback. Almost every delivery problem is fixable in minutes, and a chargeback raised without contacting support first is a breach of our Terms of Service, which may result in permanent termination and the loss of everything previously purchased.

We will investigate and, where the fault is ours, re-deliver the purchase. We keep a record of every fulfillment, so an undelivered order can be verified and corrected.
This policy describes how orders are delivered. Our Terms of Service is the governing agreement between us, and sets out governing law, venue, termination and everything else. Where the two differ, the Terms of Service applies.
We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by user error (e.g., incorrect Steam64 ID), third-party outages, or in-game changes beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the original purchase amount.
