By accessing, browsing, or using any part of our website or services, including making a purchase, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We provide digital goods, including but not limited to in-game items, roles, perks, or benefits for use on our DayZ game server. Products may be delivered on a one-time or recurring basis, depending on the item purchased.
All transactions are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own hosted payment page; we never see, receive or store them. Stripe collects and processes that information as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy. Pricing is shown at checkout and may change at our discretion.
You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used. Purchases are for your own account: the Steam account you are signed in with at the time of purchase is the account that receives the perk.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered. Digital perks are delivered automatically within moments of payment, so in practice an order is fulfilled almost immediately.
Your Steam64 ID is taken from the account you are signed in with and cannot be typed or altered, so an order cannot be delivered to the wrong account. If you chose the wrong product, server or duration, contact us within 72 hours of purchase and we will correct it where we reasonably can. After 72 hours, all sales are final.
Corrections are a courtesy, not an entitlement. Choosing the wrong option at checkout is not a fault in the product and does not create a right to a refund.
Chargebacks are not permitted. Contact us first: almost every problem is fixable in minutes. Raising a chargeback without contacting support is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent termination under section 7, including loss of everything previously purchased.
Delivery is automatic and normally completes within moments of your payment being confirmed. Perks are delivered to the Steam account you were signed in with when you placed the order. The Steam64 ID is taken from that signed-in account and cannot be typed in or altered at checkout, so an order cannot be delivered to the wrong person.
Where a purchase includes a Discord role, you must have linked your Discord account for that part of the delivery to complete. If delivery has not happened within 24 hours, contact us with your transaction reference and we will resolve it.
Clan tag color permissions require a server restart before they can be used. The permission is granted immediately on purchase, but the game server only reads it at startup, so the color cannot be set in game until the next restart. Restarts run every four hours. This is expected and is not a failed delivery.
All users must follow our server rules and community guidelines. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, and evading a ban are breaches of these Terms.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to our servers, our Discord and this store at any time for a breach of these Terms or our server rules, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
Termination for breach means the permanent loss of every digital purchase associated with your account, including priority queue access, clan tag permissions, Discord roles and any remaining time on a timed perk. No refund, credit, transfer or partial refund is given in that event, whether or not the perk had time remaining.
Purchasing a perk does not buy immunity from moderation, and it does not entitle you to remain on our servers. What you buy is a perk for use while your access is in good standing, nothing more.
Perks are tied to the Steam account that bought them and cannot be sold, shared or transferred to another account.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes may be communicated via the website or our Discord server.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Illinois, United States, and in no other forum. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to jurisdiction, venue, or inconvenient forum in them.
Small claims are an exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction instead. For a dispute over a single digital purchase, that is usually the faster and cheaper route for both of us, and we would rather you use it.
Any claim must be brought individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.
Nothing in this section removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country or state of residence, where those laws apply and cannot be waived by agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall stay in full force and effect.
